I have been trying to 2 months, to get my Bluecats up and functioning. We purchased 3, and all 3 are possessing the same issues. Each beacon is still in the (Verifying) Newborn status.

We have configured the beacons. Within the Reveal app, on the beacons page the UPDATE FIRMWARE button and UPDATE SETTINGS button are enabled. When i click them, we get the error above.

Update Firmware:
Current Firmware uid is null;
Error -1: Peripheral is null Please wait a while and retry.

I've waited minutes, hours, days, and still no successful update

Update Settings:
Error: Peripheral is null

We have followed all the online instructions and tutorials, without success in getting the BlueCat beacons connected.

What is your Team or the SN of some of your Beacons?

I have not been trying for 2 months but only a couple of hours. I did not see a solution here. Is it necessary to wait a few months as Mick did? I attempted to update the firmware but get the same response, Current firmware uid is null. Please advise. Thanks.
